I want to be able to share my own experience and knowledge with as many women as possible, so I’ve introduced 2 levels to make it as financially accessible for everyone.

Rediscover You: The Self Study Programme Introductory Offer- £79

You will receive lifetime online access to the 8 modules self-study course with a new subject every week, to explore and work on the challenges in your own time. Plus an invitation to join the private “It’s Time To Shine” Facebook group 

Subjects covered

  1. What does body confidence look like to you?
    We’ll be looking into the future to see what life with new confidence will look like. Creating your own vision board of life without barriers and how we might get there.

  2. The power of gratitude.
    How you can learn to turn the negative narratives into positives to release those old barriers that are holding you back. How keeping a gratitude diary can begin your journey to be kinder to your body

  3. Affirmations and Intentions
    Nobody can do this body confidence work for you and it certainly isn’t a quick fix. This week we will talk about creating your own daily affirmations and how you can set daily intentions to remind yourself that you are good enough, just as you are, right now.

  4. Discovering what self-love means to you
    When we talk about self-love we often think of candles, long soaks in the bath and taking time out to read a good book. Whilst these things are all valid this week, we start to digger deeper. Transforming how we feel about our bodies can often be messy and throw unwelcome feelings that we need to work through. This week we will be finding out what self-love really means to you and how writing a letter to your body can begin a healing process.

  5. The power of lingerie
    When we experience low levels of body confidence, we often neglect what we are wearing closest to our skin. We’ll be clearing out your lingerie draw with expert advice on what to look for when shopping for new lingerie. This is about rediscovering the joy of treating yourself to nice lingerie for your own pleasure that makes you feel good.

  6. How to enhance your natural beauty
    When was the last time you cleared out your make up bag or changed your look? I’ll be bringing expert make up advice and tips on how we can embrace our natural beauty as we age. You will be amazed at how easy it is to add a new healthy-looking glow to your skin.

  7. Create a wellbeing wardrobe
    Do you hide yourself in your clothes or are you bright and bold? Our wardrobe speaks volumes about how we feel about our bodies. We’ll be revisiting your vision boards and looking at how you can make changes to your existing wardrobe to show up now, as the person you want to become.

  8. Get Moving
    How you can incorporate more movement in your life and find new joy through exercise.

  6. Menopause Matters
    How we can all manage and navigate our way through perimenopause and the menopause to feel more balanced. This will be an open supportive session to discuss any issues that you are working your way through.

  7. How to enhance your natural beauty
    When was the last time you cleared out your make up bag or changed your look? I’ll be bringing expert make up advice and tips on how we can embrace our natural beauty as we age. You will be amazed at how easy it is to add a new healthy-looking glow to your skin. Refreshing your make-up bag with celebrity make-up artist Joanne Jewett. Jo is a well-known make-up artist whose celebrity clients have included Lady Diana, Barbara Streisand and Madonna. Jo is passionate about helping women make the most of their natural ageing beauty to help women feel more confident with their midlife makeup. This session will include time for a live Q&A.

  8. Create a wellbeing wardrobe
    Do you hide yourself in your clothes or are you bright and bold? Our wardrobe speaks volumes about how we feel about our bodies. We’ll be revisiting your vision boards and looking at how you can make changes to your existing wardrobe to show up now, as the person you want to become. When we are lacking in confidence we often try and hide ourselves through the clothes we are wearing which can lead us to feel invisible. We’ll be joined by colour expert and experienced stylist Rhona Langan for some expert style advise.

  9. Get Moving
    How you can incorporate more movement in your life and find new joy through exercise. The amazing Zoe McNulty, founder of the School of Strutt will be holding a live zoom class for the group. Time to let go, lose your inhibitions and most importantly find fun through the joy of movement. If you haven’t heard of Zoe McNulty before she is one of the UK’s top dance and fitness instructors. Zoe is dedicated to helping women feel good about their figures, regardless of their shape or size.

  10. Time to ShineParty time!
    It's the final week, plan for the future, celebrate your successes.

You will also have access to a private ‘Rediscover You’ Facebook group to stay connected with other group members throughout the course for support, encouragement and accountability. This group will remain open for 6 months to offer extra support and encouragement as you continue the journey.
